Asamoah Gyan, the Former Captain of Ghana’s Senior Soccer team, Black Star, has on his Twitter handle posted that he is currently the talk of Ghana and he will continue to make waves.
Baby Jet as he is affectionately called, recently showed his interest in joining the Senior Soccer team, Ghana Black Stars to the World Cup in an interview he granted not long ago.
According to him, he has not officially retired from footballing.
Some Ghanaians have afterwards descended heavily on him to stop and gives the chance to the young footballers to also have their names on top of the world whiles others too welcoming his decision to play for the team as there is saying in akan that “Opanin nni hwee koraa, )w) abaky3”.
As this has left many Ghanaians debating as to whether he should be called to join the Ghana Black Stars in the world cup ahead of them, the Footballer who claims not to have officially retired from his football career has taken to his twitter to shame critics that he is ‘One Man Thousand, he is the news and go make Ghanaians keep talking’
