Samuel Eto’o Fils, a Cameroonian football administrator, former player and the current president of the Cameroonian football Federation, arrived in Ghana in the late hours of Thursday, August 18, 2022.

The former Inter Millan Player when asked of his takes on Asamoah Gyan’s decision to join the Senior Soccer team of Ghana, in representing the 2022 FIFA World Cup at Qatar said, The coach is in the best position to decide on Gyan’s interest.
He said this when he was hosted on one of Ghana’s most listening morning programme, “Kokrokoo” hosted by Nana Yaw Kesse on Peace FM.

This has however put many Ghanaians into the state of debating as to whether he should be made to join the team or not.
