Ghanaian Gynecologist   & Lecturer At Cape Coast Medical School Dies In Car Accident 

Head of A Ghanaian Doctor Chopped off in An Accident at Adansi Anwiaso in the Adansi Asokwa District of the Ashanti Region of Ghana.

Residents of Adansi Anwiaso in the Adansi Asokwa District of the Ashanti Region and its environs are currently in the state of shock as the head of a Driver of a salon car chopped off in a head-on collision with a tanker with the registration  number GT-8679-22.

The driver of the salon car, Dr. Patrick, a practicing Gynecologist at the St. Francis Xavier Hospital in Assin Fosu and also a lecturer at the Cape Coast Medical School, was driving from Assin Fosu to Kumas where he is reported to have been crashed by a reckless tanker driver.

UTV Report indicates that 

The petrol tanker with registration number GT 8679-22 had a head-on collision with the doctor's car with registration number AW 1514-22. Eye-witnesses said the tanker driver was known for flouting road regulations and nearly crashed a road user at a previous location on that same day," 

It took the intervention of the Ghana Police and Fire Service to remove the trapped medical practitioner from the mangled car.

The body has therefore being sent to the morgue.

The tanker driver who survived the accident has therefore been arrested and detained at the police station, assisting with investigations.
