The Functional Executive Committee of the National Democratic Congress at a meeting on Tuesday, September 27, 2022 have reviewed the guidelines on “endorsement of Aspirants” for its Constituency and regional elections as contained in its letter referenced, NDC/HQ/69/05/13, dated 15th September, 2022.
The General Secretary of the party, Johnson Asiedu Nketiah has in a letter referenced NDC/HQ/69/05/14, stated that the FEC has unanimously amended section 3.0 sub-section 3.2 of its guidelines captioned “endorsement of Aspirants” for its Constituency and regional elections to allow for the endorsement of nominations by one (1) member each from at least one third (1/3) of the branches in the constituency.
In line with this, the secretary, General Mosquito further reiterated that, all chairmen are to ensure that information on the amendment gets to all branches with immediate effect.
