Blessed Godsbrain Smart is a well-known Controversial, constructive critic and a celebrated radio personality who has built a name for himself in the media.
He is widely known as Captain Smart and currently, a host of “Onua Maakye Show” on Onua Tv.
Captain smart is one of the persons who seem not to agree with the government’s implementation of E-Levy.
Smart who has on occasions without number debunked the idea of the E-Levy and has therefore made up his mind never to transact via mobile Money transfer has finally said he is not senseless to pay E-Levy whiles on Live television session with the sports team of Onua Tv.
According to the controversial media personality, his mother once asked him for an amount of one thousand Ghana cedis but asked his mum to come for it in person because of the E-Levy.
On the show, he questioned the sports team, “wo hw3 me a, mey3 kwasea s3 m3tua E-Levy” which literally means, ‘do I look stupid to be paying E-Levy?’
Captain who seemed not to be in support of the doings of either the demonstrators of the “Arise Ghana” demonstration or the police has however condemned the acts of the parties involved.
